51dce24bcd net: intel: Cleanup the copyright/license headers
After many years of having a ~30 line copyright and license header to our
source files, we are finally able to reduce that to one line with the
advent of the SPDX identifier.

Also caught a few files missing the SPDX license identifier, so fixed
them up.

0a82389983 igb: Add support for enabling queue steering in filters
On some igb models (82575 and i210) the MAC address filters can
control to which queue the packet will be assigned.

This extends the 'state' with one more state to signify that queue
selection should be enabled for that filter.

As 82575 parts are no longer easily obtained (and this was developed
against i210), only support for the i210 model is enabled.

These functions are exported and will be used in the next patch.

05f9d3e1ae igb: Add support for CBS offload
This patch adds support for Credit-Based Shaper (CBS) qdisc offload
from Traffic Control system. This support enable us to leverage the
Forwarding and Queuing for Time-Sensitive Streams (FQTSS) features
from Intel i210 Ethernet Controller. FQTSS is the former 802.1Qav
standard which was merged into 802.1Q in 2014. It enables traffic
prioritization and bandwidth reservation via the Credit-Based Shaper
which is implemented in hardware by i210 controller.

The patch introduces the igb_setup_tc() function which implements the
support for CBS qdisc hardware offload in the IGB driver. CBS offload
is the only traffic control offload supported by the driver at the
moment.

FQTSS transmission mode from i210 controller is automatically enabled
by the IGB driver when the CBS is enabled for the first hardware
queue. Likewise, FQTSS mode is automatically disabled when CBS is
disabled for the last hardware queue. Changing FQTSS mode requires NIC
reset.

FQTSS feature is supported by i210 controller only.

91c527a556 ethernet/intel: use core min/max MTU checking
e100: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 1500
- remove e100_change_mtu entirely, is identical to old eth_change_mtu,
and no longer serves a purpose. No need to set min_mtu or max_mtu
explicitly, as ether_setup() will already set them to 68 and 1500.

e1000: min_mtu 46, max_mtu 16110

e1000e: min_mtu 68, max_mtu varies based on adapter

fm10k: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 15342
- remove fm10k_change_mtu entirely, does nothing now

i40e: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 9706

i40evf: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 9706

igb: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 9216
- There are two different "max" frame sizes claimed and both checked in
the driver, the larger value wasn't relevant though, so I've set max_mtu
to the smaller of the two values here to retain identical behavior.

igbvf: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 9216
- Same issue as igb duplicated

ixgb: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 16114
- Also remove pointless old == new check, as that's done in dev_set_mtu

ixgbe: min_mtu 68, max_mtu 9710

ixgbevf: min_mtu 68, max_mtu dependent on hardware/firmware
- Some hw can only handle up to max_mtu 1504 on a vf, others 9710

45693bcb00 igb: Allow asymmetric configuration of MTU versus Rx frame size
Since the igb driver is using page based receive there is no point in

e57b8bdb48 igb: Add 1588 support to I210/I211.
Previously I210/I211 followed the same code flow as 82580/I350 for 1588.
However, since the register sets have changed, we must update the
implementation to accommodate the register changes.

1f6e8178d6 igb: Prevent dropped Tx timestamps via work items and interrupts.
In rare circumstances, it's possible a descriptor writeback will occur
before a timestamped Tx packet will go out on the wire, leading to the
driver believing the hardware failed to timestamp the packet. Schedule a
work item for 82576 and use the available time sync interrupt registers
on 82580 and above to account for this.

0c02dd983f igb: Disable the BMC-to-OS Watchdog Enable bit for DMAC.
Under certain scenarios, it's possible that bursty manageability traffic
over the BMC-to-OS path may overrun the internal manageability receive
buffer causing dropped manageability packets. Clearing this bit prevents
this situation by interrupting coalescing to allow manageability traffic
through.

8be10e9130 igb: Add workaround for byte swapped VLAN on i350 local traffic
On i350 when traffic is looped back from a VF to the PF the value is byte
swapped from the normal format. In order to address this we need to add a
flag indicating that the ring will need to byte swap the loopback packets
prior to processing them.

0ba829943c igb: Move ITR related data into work container within the q_vector
This change moves information related to interrupt throttle rate
configuration into a separate q_vector sub-structure called a work
container. A similar change has already been made for ixgbe and this work
is based off of that.
