No functional change. Get "struct pcie_port *" from private data
pointer of "struct irq_domain" in dw_pcie_irq_domain_free() to make
it look similar to how "struct pcie_port *" is obtained in

87dccf0932 PCI: amlogic: meson: Don't use FAST_LINK_MODE to set up link
The vim3l board does not work with a standard PCIe switch (ASM1184e),
spitting all kind of errors - hinting at HW misconfiguration (no link,
port enumeration issues, etc).

According to the the Synopsys DWC PCIe Reference Manual, in the section
dedicated to the PLCR register, bit 7 is described (FAST_LINK_MODE) as:

"Sets all internal timers to fast mode for simulation purposes."

it is sound to set this bit from a simulation perspective, but on actual
silicon, which expects timers to have a nominal value, it is not.

Make sure the FAST_LINK_MODE bit is cleared when configuring the RC
to solve this problem.

0414b93e78 PCI: dwc: Fix inner MSI IRQ domain registration
On a system that uses the internal DWC MSI widget, I get this
warning from debugfs when CONFIG_GENERIC_IRQ_DEBUGFS is selected:

debugfs: File ':soc:pcie@fc000000' in directory 'domains' already present!

This is due to the fact that the DWC MSI code tries to register two
IRQ domains for the same firmware node, without telling the low
level code how to distinguish them (by setting a bus token). This
further confuses debugfs which tries to create corresponding
files for each domain.

Fix it by tagging the inner domain as DOMAIN_BUS_NEXUS, which is
the closest thing we have as to "generic MSI".

668b4490a3 PCI: dwc: Program outbound ATU upper limit register
Function dw_pcie_prog_outbound_atu_unroll() does not program the upper
32-bit ATU limit register. Since ATU programming functions limit the
size of the translated region to 4GB by using a u32 size parameter,
these issues may combine into undefined behavior for resource sizes
with non-zero upper 32-bits.

For example, a 128GB address space starting at physical CPU address of
0x2000000000 with size of 0x2000000000 needs the following values
programmed into the lower and upper 32-bit limit registers:
0x3fffffff in the upper 32-bit limit register
0xffffffff in the lower 32-bit limit register

Currently, only the lower 32-bit limit register is programmed with a
value of 0xffffffff but the upper 32-bit limit register is not being
programmed. As a result, the upper 32-bit limit register remains at its
default value after reset of 0x0.

These issues may combine to produce undefined behavior since the ATU
limit address may be lower than the ATU base address. Programming the
upper ATU limit address register prevents such undefined behavior despite
the region size getting truncated due to the 32-bit size limit.

d45e3c1a59 PCI: endpoint: Add support to handle multiple base for mapping outbound memory
R-Car PCIe controller has support to map multiple memory regions for
mapping the outbound memory in local system also the controller limits
single allocation for each region (that is, once a chunk is used from the
region it cannot be used to allocate a new one). This features inspires to
add support for handling multiple memory bases in endpoint framework.

With this patch pci_epc_mem_init() initializes address space for endpoint
controller which support single window and pci_epc_multi_mem_init()
initializes multiple windows supported by endpoint controller.

0b104773b4 PCI: Constify struct pci_ecam_ops
struct pci_ecam_ops is typically DT match table data which is defined to

d36925be53 PCI: uniphier: remove module code from built-in driver
builtin_platform_driver() and MODULE_* are always odd combination.

This file is not compiled as a module by anyone because
CONFIG_PCIE_UNIPHIER is a bool option.

Let's remove the modular code that is essentially orphaned, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

We explicitly disallow a driver unbind, since that doesn't have a
sensible use case anyway, and it allows us to drop the ".remove" code.

2d0c3fbe43 PCI: keystone: Fix outbound region mapping
The Keystone outbound Address Translation Unit (ATU) maps PCI MMIO space in
8 MB windows. When programming the ATU windows, we previously incremented
the starting address by 8, not 8 MB, so all the windows were mapped to the
first 8 MB. Therefore, only 8 MB of MMIO space was accessible.

Update the loop so it increments the starting address by 8 MB, not 8, so
more MMIO space is accessible.

Add support for the Amlogic G12A SoC using a separate shared PHY.

This adds support for fetching a PHY phandle and call the PHY init,

toggling the PHY reset line.

The MIPI clock and the PHY memory resource are only required for the
Amlogic AXG SoC PCIe PHY setup, thus these elements are ignored for

Normally asserting reset signal on gpio would be achieved with:

Meson PCI driver set reset value to '0' instead of '1' as it takes into
account the PERST# signal polarity. The polarity should be taken care

This driver is DT based and utilizes the DesignWare APIs.

It allows using a smaller ECAM range for a larger bus range -
usually an entire bus uses 1MB of address space, but the driver
can use it for a larger number of buses. This is achieved by using a HW
mechanism which allows changing the BUS part of the "final" outgoing
config transaction. There are 2 HW regs, one which is basically a
bitmask determining which bits to take from the AXI transaction itself
and another which holds the complementary part programmed by the
driver.

3924bc2fd1 PCI: dwc: Group DBI registers writes requiring unlocking
Some of DesignWare core's DBI registers (a.k.a configuration space
registers) are write-protected with a lock without enabling which they
are read-only by default.

These write-protected registers are implementation specific. Tegra194's
BAR-0 register which is at offset 0x10 in the configuration space is an
example. Current implementation in dw_pcie_setup_rc() API attempts to
unlock those write-protected registers whenever they are updated and
lock them back again for writing.

Group all write-protected registers writes so that locking and unlocking
is performed once to avoid bloating the code with multiple unlock/lock

64adde31c8 PCI: qcom: Ensure that PERST is asserted for at least 100 ms
Currently, there is only a 1 ms sleep after asserting PERST.

Reading the datasheets for different endpoints, some require PERST to be
asserted for 10 ms in order for the endpoint to perform a reset, others
require it to be asserted for 50 ms.

Several SoCs using this driver uses PCIe Mini Card, where we don't know
what endpoint will be plugged in.

The PCI Express Card Electromechanical Specification r2.0, section
2.2, "PERST# Signal" specifies:

"On power up, the deassertion of PERST# is delayed 100 ms (TPVPERL) from
the power rails achieving specified operating limits."

Add a sleep of 100 ms before deasserting PERST, in order to ensure that
we are compliant with the spec.

67021ae0bb PCI: qcom: Add QCS404 PCIe controller support
The QCS404 platform contains a PCIe version 2.4.0 controller and a
Qualcomm PCIe2 PHY. The driver already supports version 2.4.0, for the
IPQ4019, but this support touches clocks and resets related to the PHY
as well and there's no upstream driver for the PHY.

On QCS404 we must initialize the PHY, so a separate PHY driver is
implemented to take care of this and the controller driver is updated to
not require the PHY related resources. This is done by relying on the
fact that operations in both the clock and reset framework are NOPs when
passed NULL, so we can isolate this change to only the
qcom_pcie_get_resources_2_4_0() function.

For QCS404 we also need to enable the AHB (iface) clock, in order to
access the register space of the controller, but as this is not part of
the IPQ4019 DT binding this is only added for new users of the 2.4.0
controller.

4166bfe530 PCI: al: Add Amazon Annapurna Labs PCIe host controller driver
Add driver for Amazon's Annapurna Labs PCIe host controller. The
controller is based on DesignWare's IP.

The controller doesn't support accessing the Root Port's config space via
ECAM, so we obtain its base address via an AMZN0001 device.

Furthermore, the DesignWare PCIe controller doesn't filter out config
transactions sent to devices 1 and up on its bus, so they are filtered by
the driver.

All subordinate buses do support ECAM access.

Implementing specific PCI config access functions involves:
 - Adding an init function to obtain the Root Port's base address from
   an AMZN0001 device.
 - Adding a new entry in the MCFG quirk array.

[bhelgaas: Note that there is no Kconfig option for this driver because it
is only intended for use with the generic ACPI host bridge driver. This
driver is only needed because the DesignWare IP doesn't completely support
ECAM access to the root bus.]

e12bfa013c PCI: uniphier: Fix a leaked reference by adding missing of_node_put()
The call to of_get_child_by_name() returns a node pointer with refcount
incremented thus it must be explicitly decremented after the last
usage.

irq_domain_add_linear() also calls of_node_get() to increase refcount,
so irq_domain will not be affected when it is released.

Detected by coccinelle with the following warnings:
./drivers/pci/controller/dwc/pcie-uniphier.c:283:2-8: ERROR: missing of_node_put; acquired a node pointer with refcount incremented on line 274, but without a corresponding object release within this function.
./drivers/pci/controller/dwc/pcie-uniphier.c:290:2-8: ERROR: missing of_node_put; acquired a node pointer with refcount incremented on line 274, but without a corresponding object release within this function.
./drivers/pci/controller/dwc/pcie-uniphier.c:296:1-7: ERROR: missing of_node_put; acquired a node pointer with refcount incremented on line 274, but without a corresponding object release within this function.
