This patch adds r8a7793 GOSE HDMI video out support.
The r8a7793 GOSE board is similar to r8a7791 Koelsch. For those
boards an on-board HDMI encoder chip provides HDMI video out
and also a LVDS port is available for external LCD panels.
Tested on r8a7793 Gose with HDMI hooked up to a Toshiba TV.

Define the SILK board dependent part of the DU device node.
Add the device nodes for the Analog Devices ADV7511W HDMI transmitter
(connected to DU0) and ADV7123 video DAC (connected to DU1). Add the
necessary subnodes to interconnect DU, HDMI/VDAC devices, and HDMI/VGA
connectors.

There are many locations that do
if (memory_was_allocated_by_vmalloc)
vfree(ptr);
else
kfree(ptr);
but kvfree() can handle both kmalloc()ed memory and vmalloc()ed memory
using is_vmalloc_addr(). Unless callers have special reasons, we can
replace this branch with kvfree(). Please check and reply if you found
