5e0b669765 drm/i915: Assert that VED and ISP are power gated
As there are no upstream drivers for VED or ISP let's just
assert that they are power gated. Otherwise they would
prevent s0ix entry.

For ISP this is only relevant when it is not exposed as a
PCI device and instead is a subordinate of the gunit. When
exposed as a PCI device it will be handled by the
atomisp2_pm driver.

On my VLV FFRD8 board the firmware power gates both of these
by default. Let's assume that is always the case and just
WARN if we ever encounter something different.

a91de58054 drm/i915/icl: Enable pipe output csc
GEN11+ onwards an output csc hardware block has been added.
This is after the pipe gamma block and is in addition to the
legacy pipe CSC block. Primary use case for this block is to
convert RGB to YUV in case sink supports YUV.
This patch adds supports for the same.

v2: This is added after splitting the existing ICL pipe CSC

Enables blend optimization for floating point RTs

This restores the workaround that was reverted in c358514ba8
("Revert "drm/i915/icl: WaEnableFloatBlendOptimization"").

The revert was due to the register write seemingly not sticking,
but the HW team has confirmed that this is because the
register is WO and that the workaround is indeed required.

Here the wa is added with a mask of 0 since the register is WO.

584fca111d drm/i915/icl: use tc_port in MG_PLL macros
Fix the TODO leftover in the code by changing the argument in MG_PLL
macros. The MG_PLL ids used to access the register values can be
converted from tc_port rather than port.

All these registers can use the TC port to calculate the right offsets
because they are only available for TC ports. The range (PORT_C onwards)
may not be stable and change from platform to platform. So by using the
TC id directly we avoid having to check for the platform in the "leaf
functions" and thus passing dev_priv around.

The helper functions were also renamed to use "tc" as prefix to make
them more generic.

e3bb355c7d drm/i915/tv: Generate better pipe timings for TV encoder
To make vblank timestamps work better with the TV encoder let's
scale the pipe timings such that the relationship between the
TV active and TV blanking periods is mirrored in the
corresponding pipe timings.

Note that in reality the pipe runs at a faster speed during the
TV vblank, and correspondigly there are periods when the pipe
is enitrely stopped. We pretend that this isn't the case and
as such we incur some error in the vblank timestamps during
the TV vblank. Further explanation of the issues in a big
comment in the code.

This makes the vblank timestamps good enough to make
i965gm (which doesn't have a working frame counter with
the TV encoder) report correct frame numbers. Previously
you could get all kinds of nonsense which resulted in
eg. glxgears reporting that it's running at twice the
actual framerate in most cases.

f513ac7653 drm/i915/icl: Mind the SFC units when resetting VD or VEBox engines
SFC (Scaler & Format Converter) units are shared between VD and VEBoxes.
They also happen to have separate reset bits. So, whenever we want to reset
one or more of the media engines, we have to make sure the SFCs do not
change owner in the process and, if this owner happens to be one of the
engines being reset, we need to reset the SFC as well.

This happens in 4 steps:

1) Tell the engine that a software reset is going to happen. The engine
will then try to force lock the SFC (if currently locked, it will
remain so; if currently unlocked, it will ignore this and all new lock
requests).

2) Poll the ack bit to make sure the hardware has received the forced
lock from the driver. Once this bit is set, it indicates SFC status
(lock or unlock) will not change anymore (until we tell the engine it
is safe to unlock again).

3) Check the usage bit to see if the SFC has ended up being locked to
the engine we want to reset. If this is the case, we have to reset
the SFC as well.

4) Unlock all the SFCs once the reset sequence is completed.

Obviously, if we are resetting the whole GPU, we don't have to worry
about all of this.

8f19b401a6 drm/i915: Make CHICKEN_TRANS reg not depend on enum value
Depending on the transcoder enum values to translate from transcoder to
the corresponding CHICKEN_TRANS register can easily break if we add a
new transcoder. Add an explicit mapping instead, by using helpers to
look up the register instance either by transcoder or port (since
unconveniently the registers have both port and transcoder specific
bits).

While at it also check for the correctness of GEN, port, transcoder. I
wasn't sure if psr2_enabled can only be set for GEN9+, but that seems to
be the case indeed (see setting of sink_psr2_support in

228a5cf381 drm/i915: rename CNP_RAWCLK_FRAC to CNP_RAWCLK_DEN
Although CNP names this field "Counter Fraction", what we write to the
register is really the denominator for the fractional part of the
divider, not the fractional part (and the field description even says
that). The ICP spec renamed the field to "Counter Fraction
Denominator", which makes a lot more sense. Use the more complete ICL
naming because we will merge the CNP and ICP functions into a single
one, which will introduce the concept of the numerator. That will make
a lot more sense when you read the "num/frac = den" calculation.

74c1e82642 drm/i915: remove palette_offsets from device info in favor of _PICK()
The device info offset arrays for unevenly spaced register offsets is
great for widely used registers. However, the palette registers are only
used in one function, i9xx_load_luts_internal(), and only for GMCH
platforms, wasting device info. Replace palette_offsets with _PICK() in
palette register definition.

While the use of _PICK() does not check for pipe C existence, neither
does the current offset array usage, and leads to bogus address when
pipe C is passed to PALETTE() on non-CHV. Using _PICK() at least leads
to a sensible register offset, just non-existing on non-CHV. Either way,
this shouldn't happen anyway.

Remove unused old palette macros while at it.
