The irq_set_affinity_hint() will always fail when !SMP and
Networking will fail on Keystone 2 devices in this case.

The UART pinmux defines for the pins which are part of the LPSR
pinmux controller are wrong: Output signals configure the input
sel value and the pinmux defines allow not to distinguish between
DCE/DTE mode. Follow the usual pattern using DTE/DCE as part of
the define to denote the two UART configuration options.

On i.MX6QP the LDB clock tree has changed to move the clk gate
before the divider, to prevent clock glitches propagating downstream.
A consequence of this change is that the clk divider is now the
parent of the LDB inputs. Reflect this change in the devicetree
to allow the LDB driver to properly configure the display clocks.

Enum value of 'tps65217_irq_type' is not matched with DT parsed hwirq
number[*].
The MFD driver gets the IRQ data by referencing hwirq, but the value is
different. So, irq_to_tps65217_irq() returns mismatched IRQ data.
Eventually, the power button driver enables not PB but USB interrupt
when it is probed.
According to the TPS65217 register map[**], USB interrupt is the LSB.
This patch defines synchronized IRQ value.

This fixes pwm name matching for DA850 familiy devices. When using device
tree, the da850_auxdata_lookup[] table caused pwm devices to have the exact
same name, which caused errors when trying to register the devices.
We cannot have multiple entries for the same clock in in da850_clks[], so
we have added child clocks to the EHRPWM and ECAP LPSC clocks so that each
PWM device will have its own clock for proper name matching.

Clock initialization for i.MX31 powered machines with DT support
should be done by a call of an init function registered with
CLK_OF_DECLARE() in common clock framework.
The change converts exported mx31_clocks_init_dt() into a static
initialization function registered by CLK_OF_DECLARE().

Function mx31_clocks_init() is called during clock intialization on
legacy boards with reference clock frequency passed as its input
argument, this can be verified by examination of the function
declaration found in arch/arm/mach-imx/common.h and actual function
users which include that header file.
Inside CCF driver the function ignores its input argument, by chance
the used value in the function body is the same as input arguments on
side of all callers.

this is a crazy thing to enable for a distro kernel (thanks for trying

The recent changes, which forced the registration of the boot cpu on UP
systems, which do not have ACPI tables, have been fixed for systems w/o
local APIC, but left a wreckage for systems which have neither ACPI nor
mptables, but the CPU has an APIC, e.g. virtualbox.
The boot process crashes in prefill_possible_map() as it wants to register
the boot cpu, which needs to access the local apic, but the local APIC is
not yet mapped.
There is no reason why init_apic_mapping() can't be invoked before
prefill_possible_map(). So instead of playing another silly early mapping
game, as the ACPI/mptables code does, we just move init_apic_mapping()
before the call to prefill_possible_map().
In hindsight, I should have noticed that combination earlier.

The last step of the method termination should be the end of the method
serialization. Otherwise, the steps happening after it will face the race
issues that cannot be protected by the method serialization mechanism.
This patch fixes this issue by moving the per-method-object deletion code
prior than the end of the method serialization. Otherwise, the possible
race issues may result in AE_ALREADY_EXISTS error in a parallel
environment.
