Define the Alt board dependent part of the MMCIF device node.
Like the Silk the board has eMMC chip along with the necessary voltage
regulator (note that the Vcc/Vccq regulator is dummy -- it's required by
the MMCIF driver but doesn't actually exist on the board).
Based on work for the Silk board by Vladimir Barinov and Sergei Shtylyov.

Name the Pin Function Controller subnode for QSPI after its device name,
instead of after the spi interface alias.
This avoids conflicts when enabling support for more spi interfaces later,
either here or in a DT overlay.

Name the Pin Function Controller subnode for SCIF2 after its device
name, instead of using some arbitrary name that looks like a serial port
alias, but differs from the actual alias.
This avoids conflicts when enabling support for more serial ports later,
either here or in a DT overlay.

Since 16ccaf5bb5 ("pinctrl: sh-pfc: Accept standard function, pins and
groups properties") renesas pfc drivers accept generic "function", "pins"
and "groups" properties.
This patch updates the alt device tree to use the generic properties.

Add and enable the external crystal for the SCIF_CLK and its pinctrl, to
be used by the Baud Rate Generator for External Clock (BRG) on (H)SCIF.
This increases the range and accuracy of supported baud rates.

22b160713c ("ARM: shmobile: alt: Add pfc pins to DT") introduced pfc pins
to the alt device tree but did not reference them. This patch fixes ether
pfc by:
* Referencing ether pins
* Adding and referencing phy1 pins
* Removing ether b pins. These are not used in the configuration
of the alt board used for testing and empirically their presence
prevents ethernet from functioning correctly in that environment.

PFC is already enabled on the r8a7794.
This adds pins for devices already enabled in DT on
the r8a7794 based alt board.

Enable the DU device and the VGA port available on the r8a7794
ALT board. The VGA portion of the ALT board is somewhat similar
to the Lager board but in case of ALT the DU1 pins are used
and the X2 clock has a reduced frequency.
This patch does not include any pinctrl (PFC) settings due to lack
of PFC DT integration on r8a7794. At this point the default state
of the boot loader is enough to keep the VGA port working without
changing any pinctrl settings.

Alt is booted from DT, so chosen/stdout-path is
always used, and we can drop the "console=" parameter from chosen/bootargs.
This change has a side-effect of changing the console speed from 38400
to 115200. This is intentional as 115200 is consistently used on
all other shmobile boards.

Add a stdout-path property so that automatic console selection works
in the absence of a "console=" parameter on the kernel command line.
Note that we have to keep the "console=ttySC0,38400" parameter in
chosen/bootargs, else the console will use the default setting of 115200
baud.
