Instead of passing a global GPIO number for the enable GPIO, pass
a descriptor looked up from the device tree node or the board file
decriptor table for the regulator.
There is a single board file passing the GPIOs for LDO1 and LDO2
through platform data, so augment this to pass descriptors
associated with the i2c device as well.
The special GPIO enable DT property for the enable GPIO is
nonstandard but this was accomodated in

This is another prerequisite for enabling multiplatform
support, and it is the part I am least certain about.
I assume it will cause the extra boot message "Cannot
allocate irq_descs @ IRQ%d, assuming pre-allocated" to
be printed, but otherwise work ok. This definitely needs
to be tested on real hardware to see if it works.

In a multiplatform kernel, each initcall is run regardless
of the platform it is meant for, so it must not attempt to
access SoC-specific registers.
This adds 'if (soc_is_s3c64xx)' to all initcalls that are
specific to the s3c64xx platform, to prevent them from breaking
other platforms once we can build them into a combined kernel.

Despite the name mach-crag6410-module.c, the code is built for
MACH_WLF_CRAGG_6410 -- which is bool, and hence this code is
either present or absent. It will never be modular, so using
module_init as an alias for __initcall can be somewhat
misleading.
Fix this up now, so that we can relocate module_init from
init.h into module.h in the future. If we don't do this, we'd
have to add module.h to obviously non-modular code, and that
would be a worse thing.
Note that direct use of __initcall is discouraged, vs. one
of the priority categorized subgroups. As __initcall gets
mapped onto device_initcall, our use of device_initcall
directly in this change means that the runtime impact is
zero -- it will remain at level 6 in initcall ordering.

This is a pretty significant branch. It's the introduction of the
first multiplatform support on ARM, and with this (and the later
branch) merged, it is now possible to build one kernel that contains
support for highbank, vexpress, mvebu, socfpga, and picoxcell. More
platforms will be convered over in the next few releases.
Two critical last things had to be done for this to be practical and
possible:
* Today each platform has its own include directory under
mach-<mach>/include/mach/*, and traditionally that is where a lot of
driver/platform shared definitions have gone, such as platform data
structures. They now need to move out to a common location instead,
and this branch moves a large number of those out to
include/linux/platform_data.
* Each platform used to list the device trees to compile for its
boards in mach-<mach>/Makefile.boot.
Both of the above changes will mean that there are some merge
conflicts to come (and some to resolve here). It's a one-time move and
once it settles in, we should be good for quite a while. Sorry for the
overhead.

The asoc branch that was already merged into v3.4 contains some
board-level changes that conflict with patches we already have
here, so pull in that branch to resolve the conflicts.

Just IDs for diagnostics, nothing is actually supported. Not all of
these have board numbers assigned yet, these will be updated as the
numbers are assigned.

The WM8962 on Tobermory has one of the IN4 inputs connected for DC
measurement. Tell the driver it can optimise for this mode.

The Tomatin module carries a WM0010 audio DSP. Provide basic hookup for
this, though additional platform data will be needed to fully integrate
with the driver.

The Littlemill audio card is an adaptor card which can take any 6220-EV1
CODEC daughtercard. Provide standard support for the use of WM8994 class
devices on the Littlemill card, configuring the MFD for WM8958 usage as
this part is a superset of all others and the driver will use runtime
detection to identify the actually fitted part given the configuration for
the superset.

As our ID table is populated with hexidecimal values it makes sense to log
unknown module IDs in hexidecimal. It's also helpful to display board
revisions as 1 based rather than 0 based as that's the numbering system
used for the hardware (and what we do when announcing known modules).

The Cragganmore system is modular with I2C based identification chips on
the system allowing identification of the system build. Provide a stub I2C
driver which parses the module IDs and uses them to select the appropriate
audio subsystem components to register. To avoid confusion due to having
the mini-driver in the system the driver is placed in a separate file.
