A undocumented and unimplemented binding got into the hi3660
dtsi, and this switches that binding to the now documented one.

This reverts commit abd7d0972a. This
change was already partially reverted by John Stultz in
commit 9c6d26df1f ("arm64: dts: hikey: Fix eMMC corruption regression").
This change appears to cause controller resets and block read failures
which prevents successful booting on some hikey boards.

Somewhere along recent changes to power control of the wl1835, power-on
became very unreliable on the hikey, failing like this:
wl1271_sdio: probe of mmc2:0001:1 failed with error -16
wl1271_sdio: probe of mmc2:0001:2 failed with error -16
After playing with some dt parameters and comparing to other users of
this chip, it turned out we need some power-on delay to make things
stable again. In contrast to those other users which define 200 ms, the
hikey would already be happy with 1 ms. Still, we use the safer 10 ms,
like on the Ultra96.

Each CPU can (and does) participate in cooling down the system but the
DT only captures a handful of them, normally CPU0, in the cooling maps.
Things work by chance currently as under normal circumstances its the
first CPU of each cluster which is used by the operating systems to
probe the cooling devices. But as soon as this CPU ordering changes and
any other CPU is used to bring up the cooling device, we will start
seeing failures.
Also the DT is rather incomplete when we list only one CPU in the
cooling maps, as the hardware doesn't have any such limitations.
Update cooling maps to include all devices affected by individual trip
points.

Update entry/exit latency and residency time of hikey960 to use more
realistic figures based on unitary tests done on the platform.
The complete results (in us) :
big cluster
cluster CPU
max entry latency 800 400
max exit latency 2900 550
residency 903Mhz 5000 1500
residency 2363Mhz 0 1500
little cluster
cluster CPU
max entry latency 500 400
max exit latency 1600 650
residency 533Mhz 8000 4500
residency 1844Mhz 0 1500
We can see that the residency time depends of the running OPP which is not
handled for now. Then we also have to take into account the constraint of
a residency time shorter than the tick to get full advantage of idle loop
reordering(tick is stopped if idle duration is higher than tick period).
Finally the selected residency value are :
big cluster
cluster CPU
residency 3700 1500
little cluster
cluster CPU
residency 3500 1500
A simple test with a task waking up every 11.111ms shows improvement:
- 5% a lowest OPP
- 22% at highest OPP
The period has been chosen:
- to be shorter than old cluster residency time and longer than new
residency time of cluster off C-state
- to prevent any sync with tick (4ms) when running tests that can add
some variances between tests

As always, a large number of DT updates. Too many to enumerate them all,
but at a glance:
New SoCs introduced in this release:
- Amlogic:
+ Meson 8M2 SoC, a.k.a. S812. A quad Cortex-A9 SoC used in some set
top boxes and other products.
- Mediatek:
+ MT7623A, which is a flavor of the MT7623 family with other on-chip
ethernet options.
- Qualcomm:
+ SDM845, a.k.a Snapdragon 845, an 4+4-core Kryo 385/845
(Cortex-A75/A55 derivative) SoC that's one of the current high-end
mobile SoCs.
It's great to see mainline support for it. So far, you
can't do much with it, since a lot of peripherals are not yet in the
DTs but driver support for USB, GPU and other pieces are starting to
trickle in. This might end up being a well-supported SoC upstream if
the momentum keeps up.
- Renesas:
+ R8A77990, a.k.a R-Car E3, a new automotive entertainment-targeted
SoC. Currently only one Cortex-A53 CPU is enabled, we are eagerly
awaiting more. So far, basic drivers such as serial, gpios, PMU and
ethernet are enabled.
+ R8A77470, a.k.a. RZ/G1C, a new dual Cortex-A7 SoC with PowerVR
GPU. Same here, basic set of drivers such as serial, gpios and ethernet

Pull ARM SoC device tree updates from Olof Johansson:
"As always, a large number of DT updates. Too many to enumerate them
all, but at a glance:
New SoCs introduced in this release:
- Amlogic:
+ Meson 8M2 SoC, a.k.a. S812. A quad Cortex-A9 SoC used in some
set top boxes and other products.
- Mediatek:
+ MT7623A, which is a flavor of the MT7623 family with other
on-chip ethernet options.
- Qualcomm:
+ SDM845, a.k.a Snapdragon 845, an 4+4-core Kryo 385/845
(Cortex-A75/A55 derivative) SoC that's one of the current
high-end mobile SoCs.
It's great to see mainline support for it. So far, you can't do
much with it, since a lot of peripherals are not yet in the DTs
but driver support for USB, GPU and other pieces are starting to
trickle in. This might end up being a well-supported SoC
upstream if the momentum keeps up.
- Renesas:
+ R8A77990, a.k.a R-Car E3, a new automotive
entertainment-targeted SoC. Currently only one Cortex-A53 CPU is
enabled, we are eagerly awaiting more. So far, basic drivers
such as serial, gpios, PMU and ethernet are enabled.
+ R8A77470, a.k.a. RZ/G1C, a new dual Cortex-A7 SoC with PowerVR
GPU. Same here, basic set of drivers such as serial, gpios and

This patch is a partial revert of
commit abd7d0972a ("arm64: dts: hikey: Enable HS200 mode on eMMC")
which has been causing eMMC corruption on my HiKey board.
Symptoms usually looked like:

...

EXT4-fs error (device mmcblk0p10): ext4_journal_check_start:61: Detected aborted journal
EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p10): Remounting filesystem read-only
And quite often this would result in a disk that wouldn't properly
boot even with older kernels.
It seems the max-frequency property added by the above patch is
causing the problem, so remove it.
