Stephen Boyd 1a501c8def Merge branches 'clk-managed-registration', 'clk-spdx', 'clk-remove-basic' and 'clk-ops-const' into clk-next
- Make devm_of_clk_add_hw_provider() use parent dt node if necessary
 - Various SPDX taggings
 - Mark clk_ops const when possible
