[ Upstream commit 6c635caef410aa757befbd8857c1eadde5cc22ed ] On !PREEMPT kernel, we can get below softlockup when doing stress testing with creating and destroying block cgroup repeatly. The reason is it may take a long time to acquire the queue's lock in the loop of blkcg_destroy_blkgs(), or the system can accumulate a huge number of blkgs in pathological cases. We can add a need_resched() check on each loop and release locks and do cond_resched() if true to avoid this issue, since the blkcg_destroy_blkgs() is not called from atomic contexts. There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
