Data structure drhd->iommu is shared between DMA remapping driver and interrupt remapping driver, so DMA remapping driver shouldn't release drhd->iommu when it failed to initialize IOMMU devices. Otherwise it may cause invalid memory access to the interrupt remapping driver.
