Remove unnecessary CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE_EVENT_MODE. The CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE_POLL_EVENT_MODE option is not needed because polling mechanism can be enabled through 'pciehp_poll_mode' module option.
