Kirill A. Shutemov f4e7ac0a23 perf tools: add test for strlcpy()
Some Linux distributions like ALT Linux provides patched glibc with
contains strlcpy(). It's confilcts with strlcpy() from perf.

Let's add check for strlcpy().
