Thomas Gleixner d061daa0e3 [PATCH] genirq: ARM dyntick cleanup
Linus: "The hacks in kernel/irq/handle.c are really horrid. REALLY
horrid."

They are indeed. Move the dyntick quirks to ARM where they belong.
