Sachin Prabhu cc87c47d9d cifs: Separate rawntlmssp auth from CIFS_SessSetup()
Separate rawntlmssp authentication from CIFS_SessSetup(). Also cleanup
CIFS_SessSetup() since we no longer do any auth within it.
