Although the ThumbEE registers and traps were present in earlier versions of the v8 architecture, it was retrospectively removed and so we can do the same. Whilst this breaks migrating a guest started on a previous version of the kernel, it is much better to kill these (non existent) registers as soon as possible. |

*
* On guest entry:
* - If the dirty bit is set (because we're coming back from trapping),
* disable the traps, save host registers, restore guest registers.
* - If debug is actively in use (DBG_MDSCR_KDE or DBG_MDSCR_MDE set),
* set the dirty bit, disable the traps, save host registers,
* restore guest registers.
* - Otherwise, enable the traps
*
* On guest exit:
* - If the dirty bit is set, save guest registers, restore host

* Important: Must be sorted ascending by Op0, Op1, CRn, CRm, Op2
*
* We could trap ID_DFR0 and tell the guest we don't support performance
* monitoring. Unfortunately the patch to make the kernel check ID_DFR0 was
* NAKed, so it will read the PMCR anyway.
*
* Therefore we tell the guest we have 0 counters. Unfortunately, we
* must always support PMCCNTR (the cycle counter): we just RAZ/WI for
* all PM registers, which doesn't crash the guest kernel at least.
*
* Debug handling: We do trap most, if not all debug related system
* registers. The implementation is good enough to ensure that a guest
* can use these with minimal performance degradation. The drawback is
* that we don't implement any of the external debug, none of the
* OSlock protocol. This should be revisited if we ever encounter a
* more demanding guest...
