Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

* n_tty.c --- implements the N_TTY line discipline.
*
* This code used to be in tty_io.c, but things are getting hairy
* enough that it made sense to split things off. (The N_TTY
* processing has changed so much that it's hardly recognizable,
* anyway...)
*
* Note that the open routine for N_TTY is guaranteed never to return
* an error. This is because Linux will fall back to setting a line
* to N_TTY if it can not switch to any other line discipline.
