Kalle Valo 987cadcf3c OMAP: remove OMAP_TAG_SERIAL_CONSOLE 
Omap tags are deprecated and remove OMAP_TAG_SERIAL_CONSOLE. Console must be
enabled with the console boot parameter instead.
