Leon Romanovsky 96f87ee181 RDMA: Clean structures from CONFIG_INFINIBAND_ON_DEMAND_PAGING ... CONFIG_INFINIBAND_ON_DEMAND_PAGING is used in general structures to micro-optimize the memory footprint.
