Olaf Hering b792de39d8 [PATCH] Fix compilation with CONFIG_MEMORY_HOTPLUG=y and gcc41.
Fix compilation with CONFIG_MEMORY_HOTPLUG=y and gcc41.
Also remove unneeded declations, add a public function.
