Aneesh Kumar K.V 1a5272866f powerpc: Optimize hugepage invalidate
Hugepage invalidate involves invalidating multiple hpte entries.
Optimize the operation using H_BULK_REMOVE on lpar platforms.
On native, reduce the number of tlb flush.
