Joe Perches 5db5584441 drivers/net/wireless: Restore upper case words in wiphy_<level> messages
Commit c96c31e499
"(drivers/net/wireless: Use wiphy_<level>)"
inadvertently changed some upper case words to
lower case.  Restore the original case.
