Felipe Balbi 82d9d5e0c0 phy: tusb1210: add support for TUSB1211 ...

TUSB1211 is software compatible with TUSB1210 and as such we don't
need an entire new driver to control it. Let's add its product ID to
the existing TUSB1210 driver instead.
