CP_RB_DOORBELL_RANGE_LOWER/UPPER and CP_MEC_DOORBELL_RANGE_LOWER/UPPER are used for waking up an idle scheduler and for power gating support. Usually the first few doorbells in pci doorbell bar are used for RB and all leftover for MEC. This patch fixes the incorrect settings. Theoretically, gfx ring doorbells should come before all MEC doorbells to be consistent with the design. However, since the doorbell allocations are agreed by all and we are not free to change them, also considering the kernel MEC ring doorbells which are before gfx ring doorbells are not used often, we compromise by leaving the doorbell allocations unchanged. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
