Peter Chen 947c88592f usb: chipidea: remove flag CI_HDRC_REQUIRE_TRANSCEIVER
Now, USB PHY is mandatory for chipidea core, the flag
CI_HDRC_REQUIRE_TRANSCEIVER is useless.
