UAPI Changes: - Add support for DMA-BUF HEAPS. Cross-subsystem Changes: - mipi dsi definition updates, pulled into drm-intel as well. - Add lockdep annotations for dma_resv vs mmap_sem and fs_reclaim. - Remove support for dma-buf kmap/kunmap. - Constify fb_ops in all fbdev drivers, including drm drivers and drm-core, and media as well.
