Dasaratharaman Chandramouli 90898850ec IB/core: Rename struct ib_ah_attr to rdma_ah_attr
This patch simply renames struct ib_ah_attr to
rdma_ah_attr as these fields specify attributes that are
not necessarily specific to IB.
