Rafal Ozieblo 1629dd4f76 cadence: Add LSO support. 
New Cadence GEM hardware support Large Segment Offload (LSO):
TCP segmentation offload (TSO) as well as UDP fragmentation
offload (UFO). Support for those features was added to the driver.
