Masahiro Yamada b74c0cad3d riscv: drop unneeded -Wall addition
The top level Makefile adds -Wall globally:

  KBUILD_CFLAGS   := -Wall -Wundef -Werror=strict-prototypes -Wno-trigraphs \

For riscv, I see two "-Wall" added for compiling each object.
