James Hogan 31cf749854 MIPS: KVM: Make various Cause variables 32-bit ... The CP0 Cause register is passed around in KVM quite a bit, often as an unsigned long, even though it is always 32-bits long. Resize it to u32 throughout MIPS KVM.
