If we fail to allocate the ppgtt range after allocating the pages for
the vma, we should unwind the local allocation before reporting back the
failure.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
