Scott Wood d05f15707b serial: 8250: Add OF earlycon support
This allows earlycon to be used without needing to specify the I/O
address on the kernel command line, if linux,stdout-path is specified
in the chosen node.

* This is for use before the serial driver has initialized, in

* earlycon=uart8250,io,0x3f8,9600n8
* earlycon=uart8250,mmio,0xff5e0000,115200n8
* earlycon=uart8250,mmio32,0xff5e0000,115200n8
* or
* console=uart8250,io,0x3f8,9600n8
