Pull locking updates from Ingo Molnar:
"So we have a laundry list of locking subsystem changes:
- continuing barrier API and code improvements
- futex enhancements
- atomics API improvements
- pvqspinlock enhancements: in particular lock stealing and adaptive
spinning
- qspinlock micro-enhancements"
