Chuck Lever ff27e9f748 SUNRPC: Trace gssproxy upcall results
Record results of a GSS proxy ACCEPT_SEC_CONTEXT upcall and the
svc_authenticate() function to make field debugging of NFS server
Kerberos issues easier.
