John W. Linville 4a39e78168 iwlegacy: make iwl3945 and iwl4965 select IWLWIFI_LEGACY
Otherwise, IWLWIFI_LEGACY has to be selected independently before the
drivers are made available.

To set a value, simply echo an 8-byte hex value to the same file:
% echo 0x43fff > /sys/class/net/wlan0/device/debug_level
