Remove the usage of skeleton.dtsi in the remaining dts files. It was
deprecated since commit 9c0da3cc61 ("ARM: dts: explicitly mark
skeleton.dtsi as deprecated"). This will make adding a unit-address to
memory nodes easier.
The main tricky part to removing skeleton.dtsi is we could end up with
no /memory node at all when a bootloader depends on one being present. I
hacked up dtc to check for this condition.

These platforms provide a clock to their watchdog, in each
case this is the peripheral clock (PCLK), so explicitly
name the clock in the device tree.
Take this opportunity to add the "faraday,ftwdt010"
compatible as fallback to the watchdog IP blocks.

This augments the Moxa Art and Aspeed device trees to:
- Explicitly name the clock "PCLK" as the Faraday FTTMR010
names it.
- List the Moxa timer as compatible with the Faradat FTTMR010
vanilla version.
- Add a comment that the Aspeed driver is a Faraday
FTTMR010 derivative.
- Pass all IRQs to the timer from Aspeed: they are all there
so they should be in the device tree, we only use the
first one anyways.

The Moxa ART GPIO is a Faraday FTGPIO010. Augment the DTS node
to indicate both compatible values for the SoC and the IP part.
Also increase the register range to 0x100, it has at least 0x48
bytes of registers, and a few extra will not hurt.

The moxart interrupt line flags were not respected in previous
driver: instead of assigning them per-consumer, a fixes mask
was set in the controller.
With the migration to a standard Faraday driver we need to
set up and handle the consumer flags correctly. Also remove
the Moxart-specific flags when switching to using real consumer
flags.
Extend the register window to 0x100 bytes as we may have a few
more registers in there and it doesn't hurt.

When a skeleton "clocks { .. }" remain in .dtsi, the child node can
be moved to .dts, "ref12" is then found by of_clk_get().
