No interrupt were received from the phy because PIOE 1 may not be properly
muxed. It prevented proper link detection, especially since commit
321beec504 ("net: phy: Use interrupts when available in NOLINK state")
disables polling.

Passing earlyprintk in the bootargs may crash the board as it depends on
having a sane DEBUG_UART_PHYS configured which is not always the case.
Also remove ignore_loglevel

Though the keyboard driver for GPIO buttons(gpio-keys) will continue to
check for/support the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup" boolean property to
enable gpio buttons as wakeup source, "wakeup-source" is the new
standard binding.
This patch replaces the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup" with the unified
"wakeup-source" property in order to avoid any futher copy-paste
duplication.
