pn533_abort_cmd() aborts last command sent to the controller
and cancels already requested urb.
As ACR122U does not support any mechanism (as ACK for standard

device. Otherwise, acr122u will behave in an unstable way.

ACS ACR122U is an USB NFC reader, PC/SC and CCID compilant, based
on NXP PN532 chip.
Internally, it's build of MCU, PN532 and an antenna. MCU makes the
device CCID and PC/SC compilant and provide USB connection.
In this achitecture, a host cannot talk directly to PN532 and must
rely on MCU. Luckily, MCU exposes pseud-APDU through PC/SC Escape
mechanism which let the host to transmit standard PN532 commands
directly to PN532 chip with some limitations.
The frame roughly looks like:
CCID header | APDU header | PN532 header
(pc_to_rdr_escape) | (pseudo apdu Direct Tramsmit) | (len, TFI, cmd, params)
Accordign to limitations, ACR122U does't provide any mechanism to
abort last issued command.

In all cases (send_cmd_async, send_data_async and send_sync)
pn533_send_async_complete() handles all responses internally,
so there is no need to pass this as a callback.
Cmd context is passed to __pn533_send_frame_async in all the
cases as well. It's already kept in struct pn533 which is
available all the time the device is attached. So we can make
use of it instead.
Therefore, cmd_complete and cmd_complete_arg are no needed any more.

This is intendend to replace pn533_send_cmd_frame_async() which
requires from the caller to create a complete frame.
The new function constructs a frame and sends it out which hides the
frame logic and avoid code duplication.
The caller has to allocate skb and put its payload there, and finally
provide the skb together with a complete cb to pn533_send_cmd_async().
Response skb is allocated by the core part and pass to the caller cb.

Fix up conflicts with 'struct sysdev' removal from various platform
drivers that got changed:
- arch/arm/mach-exynos/cpu.c
- arch/arm/mach-exynos/irq-eint.c
- arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/common.c
- arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/cpu.c
- arch/arm/mach-s5p64x0/cpu.c
- arch/arm/mach-s5pv210/common.c
- arch/arm/plat-samsung/include/plat/cpu.h
- arch/powerpc/kernel/sysfs.c
and fix up cpu_is_hotpluggable() as per Greg in include/linux/cpu.h
Without an API for setting and getting the local and remote general bytes,
drivers won't be able to properly establish a DEP link.
This API also allows them to propagate the remote general bytes they get
from the DEP link establishment up to the LLCP layer.

This is a factorization of the current rawsock tx skb allocation routine,
as it will be used by the LLCP code.
We also rename nfc_alloc_skb to nfc_alloc_recv_skb for consistency sake.

It is not used outside this driver so no need to make the symbol global.

This converts the remaining USB drivers in the kernel to use the
module_usb_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.
Added bonus is that it removes some unneeded kernel log messages about
drivers loading and/or unloading.

This is a full module, with module_init() and module_exit() and
so it needs module.h called out for inclusion.

The file nfc.h was moved from include/net to include/net/nfc,
since new NFC header files will be added to include/net/nfc.

We can have the NFC core layer allocating the tx head and tail
room for the drivers and avoid 1 or more SKBs copy on write on
the Tx path.

The NFC subsystem core is responsible for providing the device driver
interface. It is also responsible for providing an interface to the control
operations and data exchange.
