This is to address what we've discussed, moving some of the minor changes
into a drm-next request.
* 'drm-vmwgfx-next' of git://people.freedesktop.org/~syeh/repos_linux:
drm/vmwgfx: Use kmemdup instead of kmalloc and memcpy
drm/vmwgfx: Fix depth input into drm_mode_legacy_fb_format
drm/vmwgfx: Fix a potential integer overflow
drm/vmwgfx: Clear an uninitialized struct member
drm/vmwgfx: Annotate ignored return values
drm/vmwgfx: Clear uninitialized fields of a parameter
The additional housekeeping had too much CPU overhead,
let's use the BO priorities instead.

Also request kernel ttm_buffer objects for buffer objects that obviously
aren't visible to user-space, and save some device address space.
The accounting was broken in a couple of ways:
1) We did not differentiate between user dma buffers and kernel dma buffers.
2) The ttm_bo_acc_size function is broken in that it
a) Doesn't take into account the size of the optional dma address array,
b) Doesn't take into account the fact that drivers typically embed the
ttm_tt structure.
This needs to be fixed in ttm, but meanwhile provide a vmwgfx-specific

Otherwise this will be even more confusing. The plan is to use the following:
seqno: A 32-bit sequence number that may be passed in the fifo.
marker: Objects, carrying a seqno, that track fifo submission time. They
are used for fifo lag based throttling.
fence objects: Kernel space objects, possibly accessible from user-space and

pages that have TTM_PAGE_FLAG_DMA32 set." uses the DMA API to make
those pages have a proper DMA addresses (in the situation where
page_to_phys or virt_to_phys do not give use the DMA (bus) address).
Since we are using the DMA API on those pages, we should pass in the
DMA address to this function so it can save it in its proper fields
(later patches use it).
