This reverts commit f4c34b1e2a.
Simliar to commit a0cecc23cf Revert "drm/virtio: drop prime
import/export callbacks". We have to do the same with qxl,
for the same reasons (it breaks DRI3).
Drop the WARN_ON_ONCE().

This is only used by drm_irq_install(), which is an optional helper.
For legacy pci devices this is required (due to interrupt sharing without
msi/msi-x), and just making this the default exactly matches the behaviour
of all existing drivers using the drm_irq_install() helpers. In case that
ever becomes wrong drivers can roll their own irq handling, as many
drivers already do (for other reasons like needing a threaded interrupt
handler, or having an entire pile of different interrupt sources).

Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in
the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is
confusing. Split them out.
To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all
drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of
drm_crtc_helper.h includes.
v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers
that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.
v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but
not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h > drm_modeset_helper.h -> drmP.h
there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means
rolling out lots more includes all over.
This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I
expect.
v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.
v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits:
- (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in
other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged).
- sort alphabetically
v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I
touch.
v6: Rebase onto i915 changes.

"crtc->helper_private" is not initialized by the QXL driver and thus the
"crtc_funcs->disable" call would crash (resulting in suspend failure).
Fix this by converting the suspend/resume functions to use the
drm_mode_config_helper_* helpers.
Tested system sleep with QEMU 3.0 using "echo mem > /sys/power/state".
During suspend the following message is visible from QEMU:
spice/server/display-channel.c:2425:display_channel_validate_surface: canvas address is 0x7fd05da68308 for 0 (and is NULL)
spice/server/display-channel.c:2426:display_channel_validate_surface: failed on 0
This seems to be triggered by QXL_IO_NOTIFY_CMD after
QXL_IO_DESTROY_PRIMARY_ASYNC, but aside from the warning things still
seem to work (tested with both the GTK and -spice options).

This breaks under the vblank timestamp cleanup patch

but zero (or any other constant) if the function doesn't
actually query a hw vblank counter. The bogus return of
the current drm vblank counter via direct readout or via
drm_vblank_count() is found in many of the new kms drivers,
but it does exactly nothing different from returning any
arbitrary constant - it's a no operation.

One step closer to dropping all the drm_bus_* code:
Add a driver->set_busid() callback and make all drivers use the generic
helpers. Nouveau is the only driver that uses two different bus-types with
the same drm_driver. This is totally broken if both buses are available on
the same machine (unlikely, but lets be safe). Therefore, we create two
different drivers for each platform during module_init() and set the
set_busid() callback respectively.

So I've stumbled over drm_fasync and wondered what it does. Digging
that up is quite a story.
First I've had to read up on what this does and ended up being rather
bewildered why peopled loved signals so much back in the days that
they've created SIGIO just for that ...
Then I wondered how this ever works, and what that strange "No-op."
comment right above it should mean. After all calling the core fasync
helper is pretty obviously not a noop. After reading through the
kernels FASYNC implementation I've noticed that signals are only sent
out to the processes attached with FASYNC by calling kill_fasync.
No merged drm driver has ever done that.
After more digging I've found out that the only driver that ever used
this is the so called GAMMA driver. I've frankly never heard of such a
gpu brand ever before. Now FASYNC seems to not have been the only bad
thing with that driver, since Dave Airlie removed it from the drm
driver with prejudice:
commit 1430163b4bbf7b00367ea1066c1c5fe85dbeefed
Author: Dave Airlie <airlied@linux.ie>

Drop GAMMA DRM from a great height ...
Long story short, the drm fasync support seems to be doing absolutely
nothing. And the only user of it was never merged into the upstream
kernel. And we don't need any fops->fasync callback since the fcntl
implementation in the kernel already implements the noop case
correctly.
So stop this particular cargo-cult and rip it all out.
v2: Kill drm_fasync assignments in rcar (newly added) and imx drivers

patch here.

QXL is a paravirtual graphics device used by the Spice virtual desktop
interface.
The drivers uses GEM and TTM to manage memory, the qxl hw fencing however
is quite different than normal TTM expects, we have to keep track of a number
of non-linear fence ids per bo that we need to have released by the hardware.
The releases are freed from a workqueue that wakes up and processes the
release ring.
releases are suballocated from a BO, there are 3 release categories, drawables,
surfaces and cursor cmds. The hw also has 3 rings for commands, cursor and release handling.
The hardware also have a surface id tracking mechnaism and the driver encapsulates it completely inside the kernel, userspace never sees the actual hw surface
ids.
This requires a newer version of the QXL userspace driver, so shouldn't be
enabled until that has been placed into your distro of choice.
