The clock speed of xxti and xusbxti clocks depends on the oscillator
used on the board to generate these clocks. For non-dt platforms,
allow the board support for those platforms to set the clock frequency
of xxti and xusbxti clocks.

Newer Exynos4 SoC are equipped with a local camera ISP that
controls external raw image sensor directly. Such sensors
can be connected through FIMC-LITEn (and MIPI-CSISn) IPs to
the ISP, which then feeds image data to the FIMCn IP. Thus
there can be two busses associated with an image source
(sensor). Rename struct s5p_fimc_isp_info describing external
image sensor (video decoder) to struct fimc_source_info to
avoid confusion. bus_type is split into fimc_bus_type and
sensor_bus_type. The bus type enumeration is extended to
include both FIMC Writeback input types.
The bus_type enumeration and the data structure name in the
board files are modified according to the above changes.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

allied with some bug at the dummy regulator driver, causes OOPSes
during boot time.
Long story short: even fixing the above, the proposed patches
OOPSed when running the DMABUF test. Not sure yet if the OOPSes
are due to some other undetected regressions, or due to some bug
on the patches.
Due to the above, DMABUF patches for vb2 got NACKed for 3.7."

The MIPI-CSI2 bus data alignment is now being derived from the media
bus pixel code, the drivers don't use the corresponding structure
fields, so remove them. Also remove the s5p_csis_phy_enable callback
which is now used directly by s5p-csis driver.

Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.

A significant number of lines get removed here, in particular because
the ixp2000 and ixp23xx platforms get removed. These have never been

Commit 069d4e743 ("ARM: EXYNOS4: Remove clock event timers using
ARM private timers") removed support for local timers and forced
to use MCT as event source. However MCT is not operating properly
on early revision of EXYNOS4 SoCs. All UniversalC210 boards are
based on it, so that commit broke support for it. This patch
provides a workaround that enables UniversalC210 boards to boot
again. s5p-timer is used as an event source, it works only for
non-SMP builds.

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups

Commit 6e8201f57c "mmc: core: add the capability for broken voltage"
introduced a new quirk to indicate that MMC core should ignore voltage
change errors reported by the regulators core. This is required to get
SDHCI working on UniversalC210, NURI and GONI boards again after commit

On some versions of NURI and UniversalC210 boards, camera clocks are
routed directly to xusbxti clock source. This patch sets the correct
value for this clock to let usb and camera sensors to work correctly and
avoid division by zero on driver's probe.
