9b1933a3bd brcmfmac: determine chip info when not provided by bus layer
In some scenarios the chip number and revision may not be provided
by the bus layer. If the chip number is not filled, the common
layer will ask the firmware for this information.

9802776982 brcmfmac: enable 802.11d support in firmware
When the driver gets beacon info containing a country IE from user-space
upon .start_ap() callback, it will enable regulatory 802.11d support.

6b89dcb35b brcmfmac: signal completion of 802.1x.
Use cfg80211 change_station to signal the completion of 802.1x
to firmware. This allows FW to take appropriate actions.

4b5800fec6 cfg80211: make connect ie param const
This required liberally sprinkling 'const' over brcmfmac
and mwifiex but seems like a useful thing to do since the
pointer can't really be written.

5ca85216b1 brcmfmac: move firmware command code definitions
Move the command codes to the firmware interface module as
that makes a bit more sense.

ac24be6fe6 brcmfmac: use struct brcmf_if as interface object for fwil functions
The functions for communicating were given the net_device only because
its private data contained struct brcmf_if object. However, not all
firmware related interfaces will be associated with a net_device. To
accomodate provisioning firmware for such interfaces the struct
brcmf_if object will be passed to the fwil functions.

ec5a07d5c4 brcmfmac: use bssidx from struct brcmf_if for bsscfg specific commands
The firmware interface has functions to send bsscfg specific commands
to the device. These functions currently have a bssidx parameter, but
that same information is stored in struct brcmf_if, which is in the
private data of the net_device parameter.
