MIPS: Regenerate defconfigs
...
A couple of patches have come up recently to remove particular instances
of obsolete Kconfig symbols from defconfigs. Rather than doing this
piecemeal, simply regenerate them all.

Enable CONFIG_MTD_BCM63XX_PARTS in arch/mips/configs/bmips_be_defconfig
since this is a necessary option to parse the built-in flash partition
table on BMIPS big-endian SoCs (Cable Modem and DSL).

This platform is configured primarily through device tree, and we can
reuse the same code to support a bunch of other chips. Change the name
to reflect this.
