1fbef470f3 mtd: mtdswap: remove unused variables 'dev' and 'gd'
This was changed recently (commit e8e3edb95c ("mtd: create per-device
and module-scope debugfs entries")) and some compilers are complaining:

   drivers//mtd/mtdswap.c: In function 'mtdswap_add_debugfs':
>> drivers//mtd/mtdswap.c:1317: warning: unused variable 'dev'

And once we kill 'dev', 'gd' is also unused.

e8e3edb95c mtd: create per-device and module-scope debugfs entries
Several MTD devices are using debugfs entries created in the root.
This commit provides the means for a standardized subtree, creating
one "mtd" entry at root, and one entry per device inside it, named
after the device.
The tree is registered in add_mtd_device, and released in
del_mtd_device.
Devices docg3, mtdswap and nandsim were updated to use this subtree
instead of custom ones, and their entries were prefixed with the
drivers' names.

f2de0fa643 mtd: mtdswap: remove useless if (!mtd->ecclayout) test
If the MTD device does not have OOB, the mtd->oobsize and mtd->oobavail
fields are set to zero, and we are testing those values in the following
test.
Remove the useless if (!mtd->ecclayout) test.

f5b8aa78ef mtd: kill the ecclayout->oobavail field
ecclayout->oobavail is just redundant with the mtd->oobavail field.
Moreover, it prevents static const definition of ecc layouts since the
NAND framework is calculating this value based on the ecclayout->oobfree
field.

6f3c0f1631 mtd: Fixed checkpatch seq_printf warnings
Fixed checkpatch warnings: "WARNING: Prefer seq_puts to seq_printf"

This patch is created with reference to the ongoing lkml thread
https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/7/15/646
where Andrew Morton wrote:

"
- puts is presumably faster

- puts doesn't go rogue if you accidentally pass it a "%".

- this patch would actually make compiled object files few bytes smaller.
Perhaps because seq_printf() is a varargs function, forcing the
caller to pass args on the stack instead of in registers.

7e1f0dc055 mtd: introduce mtd_erase interface
This patch is part of a patch-set which changes the MTD interface
from 'mtd->func()' form to 'mtd_func()' form. We need this because
we want to add common code to to all drivers in the mtd core level,
which is impossible with the current interface when MTD clients
call driver functions like 'read()' or 'write()' directly.

At this point we just introduce a new inline wrapper function, but
later some of them are expected to gain more code. E.g., the input
parameters check should be moved to the wrappers rather than be
duplicated at many drivers.

This particular patch introduced the 'mtd_erase()' interface. The
following patches add all the other interfaces one by one.

0612b9ddc2 mtd: rename MTD_OOB_* to MTD_OPS_*
These modes are not necessarily for OOB only. Particularly, MTD_OOB_RAW
affected operations on in-band page data as well. To clarify these
