In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

The older firmware loading method is not usable by any Redpine chipset.
Hence removing that part of the code. Older firmware image with
rsi_91x.fw name is deprecated

Since the rsi_create_kthread interface does not include any format
string arguments, make sure that the resulting thread name can never
accidentally process the name as a format string.
