4f88eff834 ASoC: Ux500: remove test for undefined Kconfig macro
A test for CONFIG_SND_SOC_UX500_AB5500 was added in v3.5. But there
never was a corresponding Kconfig symbol so this test has always
evaluated to true. And since AB5500 support was removed in v3.5 it
appears safe to remove this test and a few lines of code.

174e779662 ARM: ux500: get rid of <mach/[hardware|db8500-regs].h>
This removes <mach/hardware.h> and <mach/db8500-regs.h>
from the Ux500, merging them into the local include
"db8500-regs.h" in mach-ux500. There is some impact
outside the ux500 machine, but most of it is dealt with
in earlier patches.

Contains portions of a clean-up patch from Arnd Bergmann.

69b6f19622 ASoC: ux500_pcm: Use the same snd_pcm_hardware for playback and capture
The snd_pcm_hardware structs for playback and capture in the ux500 PCM are
identical, so remove one of them and use the same snd_pcm_hardware struct for
both playback and capture. Also move the defines used to initialize the
snd_pcm_hardware fields from ux500_pcm.h to ux500_pcm.c since that's the only
place where they are used.

Also drop the assignment of the snd_pcm_hardware struct to runtime->hw since
that is what the call to snd_soc_set_runtime_hwparams() right above it already
does, so the second assignment is redundant.

1428c20f7c ASoC: Ux500: Initialise PCM from MSP probe rather than as a device
The PCM is a pseudo-device. It doesn't have any of it's own registers

right, we call the initialisation from the MSP driver.

b18e93a493 ASoC: ux500_msp_i2s: better use devm functions and fix error return code
Remove unnecessary calls to devm_kfree and replace iounmap by devm_iounmap
(and use resource_size for the third argument). These changes make it
possible to remove the error-handling code at the end of
ux500_msp_i2s_init_msp, and all of the gotos become direct returns.

In the case of the second call to devm_kzalloc, the return variable ret was
not initialized. Here it is changed to a direct return of -ENOMEM.

A simplified version of the semantic match that finds the second problem is as
follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)

// <smpl>
(
if@p1 (\(ret < 0\|ret != 0\))
 { ... return ret; }
|
ret@p1 = 0
)
... when != ret = e1

9883ab229d ASoC: dmaengine-pcm: Rename and deprecate snd_dmaengine_pcm_pointer
Currently the sound dmaengine pcm helper functions implement the pcm_pointer
callback by trying to count the number of elapsed periods. This is done by
advancing the stream position in the dmaengine callback by one period.
Unfortunately there is no guarantee that the callback will be called for each
elapsed period. It may be possible that under high system load it is only called
once for multiple elapsed periods. This patch renames the current implementation
and documents its shortcomings and that it should not be used anymore in new
drivers.

The next patch will introduce a new snd_dmaengine_pcm_pointer which will be
implemented based on querying the current stream position from the dma device.
