152c55553e ARM: integrator: only select pl01x if TTY is enabled
Building the integrator platform without TTY support currently
results in a build failure because we always turn on the
pl010 or pl011 drivers. Changing this to a conditional 'select'
statement enables us to build more random configurations, although
it should have little impact for practical configurations.

a79528e9d8 ARM: integrator: register sched_clock directly
The detour through plat-versatile/sched-clock.c is hard to migrate
to multiplatform set-up and it's very little code being duplicated
so let's just inline the sched_clock registration and cut one more
dependency to plat-versatile.

This also makes this sched_clock implementation compulsory.

1b1ef755bd ARM: integrator: localize the hardware.h header
As we move toward multiplatform support for the Integrator family
we need to localize all <mach/*> headers. This moves the hardware.h
header down to the machine folder. There are no users outside the
machine in the kernel.

As we move toward multiplatform support for the Integrator family
we need to localize all <mach/*> headers. This moves the impd1.h
header down to the machine folder, copying the the three defines
only used by the clock driver down into the clock driver.

29525484cd ARM: integrator: select GPIO block
The Integrator/AP can be used with a logic module called
IM-PD1, which contains a few AMBA PrimeCell devices, one of which
is the PL061 GPIO controller. As the lines from this GPIO
controller are looped back to devices on the board itself and
provides resources back to it, we need to always have GPIO
and the PL061 driver available for other devices to work.

52d555ffff ARM: integrator: register the IM-PD1 VIC
The peripherals on the IM-PD1 has never really been able to
properly fire their IRQs to the main FPGA IRQ controller.
Cascade it properly and register interrupts for all the
devices in the array.

09c978bc7b ARM: integrator: switch to fetch clocks from device tree
This atomic commit changes the Integrator clock implementation
and the machines to register clocks from the device tree and
use these instead of the previous hard-coded clocks.

In the clock implementation all hard-coded clocks and the
special initialization function call goes away, and is
replaced by two compatible strings for the two clocks
available on the core module.

79f08d9ed2 ARM: drop <mach/timex.h> for !ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM, too
While <mach/timex.h> isn't used for multi-platform builds since long it
still is for "normal" builds. As the previous patches fix all sites to
not make use of this per-platform file, it can go now for good also for
platforms that are not (yet) converted to multi-platform.

While at it there are no users of CLOCK_TICK_RATE any more, so also drop
the dummy #define.

0c02c8007e of/irq: Rename of_irq_map_* functions to of_irq_parse_*
The OF irq handling code has been overloading the term 'map' to refer to
both parsing the data in the device tree and mapping it to the internal
linux irq system. This is probably because the device tree does have the
concept of an 'interrupt-map' function for translating interrupt
references from one node to another, but 'map' is still confusing when
the primary purpose of some of the functions are to parse the DT data.

This patch renames all the of_irq_map_* functions to of_irq_parse_*
which makes it clear that there is a difference between the parsing
phase and the mapping phase. Kernel code can make use of just the
parsing or just the mapping support as needed by the subsystem.

The patch was generated mechanically with a handful of sed commands.

Now that the PL01X debug include can mostly stand alone without
requiring platforms to provide any macros, move it into the debug
directory so it can be directly included.  This allows us to get rid of

these are more complicated implementations.

f55b2b56cd ARM: integrator: basic PCIv3 device tree support
This registers the memory ranges for I/O, non-prefetched and
prefetched memory and configuration space for the PCIv3 bridge
and let us fetch these basic memory resources from the device
tree in the device tree boot path. Remove the stepping stone
platform device. This is an either/or approach - the platform
data path is mutually exclusive to the plain platform data
path and provided addresses from the device tree have to be
correct.

This adds the interrupt-map property to the PCIv3 DTS file
and makes the bridge obtain mappings from the device tree.

The Integrator/AP PCI bridget, "v3" is contained in two files,
where pci.c is a socket container to plug in the v3 device.
However to transition the v3 to enable device tree probing, it
need to be converted to a platform device (so that it can have
a device node in the device tree) and then we want the PCI
driver in a single file, as any other device driver, so we can
handle variants using compatible strings and device name,
and get the base address etc from resources connected to the
device node.

To move toward this goal we consolidate all code in the
pci_v3.c file.

870e2928cf ARM: integrator-cp: convert use CLKSRC_OF for timer init
Move the integrator-cp timer init to timer-sp.c and use CLKSRC_OF. There is
no reason to use the aliases, so drop them from the init code.

The integrator-cp timers are mistakenly called sp804 timers in the dts, but
in fact they are not sp804 dual timers, but single timers with the same
programming model. Fix the dts to reflect this.

b43a7ffbf3 cpufreq: Notify all policy->cpus in cpufreq_notify_transition()
policy->cpus contains all online cpus that have single shared clock line. And
their frequencies are always updated together.

Many SMP system's cpufreq drivers take care of this in individual drivers but
the best place for this code is in cpufreq core.

This patch modifies cpufreq_notify_transition() to notify frequency change for
all cpus in policy->cpus and hence updates all users of this API.

soc_device_register() never returns NULL, it only ever returns an
error pointer or a valid pointer.  Use the right function (IS_ERR())
to check this.

soc_device_to_device() only ever returns &soc_dev->dev, and so can
never return an error or NULL if the pointer passed into it was
valid, so there's no point checking its return.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

379df2793e ARM: integrator: push down SC dependencies
This pushes the dependencies on the Integrator/AP system
controller (SC) down into the PCI V3 driver and the
AP-specific board file.

First, the platform data for the PL010 UART is moved into
the integrator_ap.c board file, and the Integrator/CP is
assigned with NULL pdata. This way the callback functions
can reference the dynamically remapped AP syscon address
in both the ATAG and DT boot path, and this remapping
is localized to the board file.

Second the PCIv3 driver is making its own dynamic remapping
of the SC for the few registers it is using. When we
convert the PCIv3 driver over to using device tree having a
dynamically assigned base address will be useful, but we
will have to use the definition from <mach/platform.h> for
now, the only improvement is that it's done dynamically.

da72a66ba8 ARM: integrator: get rid of preallocated irq descriptors
The Integrators were using the .nr_irqs field of the machine
descriptor to pre-allocate a number of descriptors at boot. This
is not right: the irq chip implementations should allocate
their descriptors themselves, and as a result the simple
irqdomain code warns about it.

Get rid of this by just deleting the .nr_irq field from the
machine descriptors but take care: doing so makes the default
implementation hog the first 16 IRQ numbers, so these cannot
be used by the still static IRQ number assignments in the
ATAG boot case. So for these, bump the IRQ numbers to begin
at 64 and upward.

Introduce an offset to offset all IRQ numbers if need be,
though we don't expect to do that again as device tree comes
along.

4672cddff2 ARM: 7518/1: integrator: convert AMBA devices to device tree
This converts the AMBA (PrimeCell) devices on the Integrator/AP
and Integrator/CP over to probing from the Device Tree if the
kernel is compiled for Device Tree support.

We continue to #ifdef out all non-DT code and vice versa on
respective boot type to get a clean cut.

We need to add a bunch of auxdata (compare to the Versatile)
to handle bus names and callbacks alike.

2c88543b95 ARM: 7515/1: integrator: check PL010 base address from resource
In the PL010 UART callback a comparison against the location of the
statically allocated PL010 device is done to figure out which UART
is doing the callback. This does not play well with dynamic devices
such as in device tree, so let's check the base address of the
memory resource inside the amba_device instead.

9bf26a1805 ARM: 7514/1: integrator: call common init function from machine
There is currently a common integrator_init() function set up
to be called from an arch_initcall(). The problem is that it is
using machine_is_integrator() which is not working with device
tree, let's call this from respective machine initilization
function and add a parameter to tell whether it's the
Integrator/AP or Integrator/CP instead.

There are still machine_is*() calls in the Integrator
machines directory, but this one needs to be fixed lest we
don't even get a UART console on the Integrator/AP after a
Device Tree boot.

As Stephen Rothwell reports, a849088aa1 ("ARM: Fix ioremap() of
address zero") from the arm-current tree and commit c279443709 ("ARM:
Add fixed PCI i/o mapping") from the arm-soc tree conflict in
a nontrivial way in arch/arm/mm/mmu.c.

Rob Herring explains:
The PCI i/o reserved area has a dummy physical address of 0 and
needs to be skipped by ioremap searches. So we don't set
VM_ARM_STATIC_MAPPING to prevent matches by ioremap. The vm_struct
settings don't really matter when we do the real mapping of the
i/o space.

Since commit a849088aa1 is at the start of the fixes branch
in the arm tree, we can merge it into the branch that contains
the other ioremap changes.

95f4965cf8 ARM: mach-integrator: retire custom LED code
Use the LED in core module for CPU activity and also enable 4
debugging LEDs in baseboard.

The CPU activity LED is now handled by the trigger in the leds
subsystem, retire this old CONFIG_LEDS-based code.
