Now that we have a custom printf format specifier, convert users of
full_name to use %pOF instead. This is preparation to remove storing
of the full path string for each node.

of_mm_gpiochip_add_data() calls mm_gc->save_regs() before
setting the data. Therefore ->save_regs() cannot use
gpiochip_get_data()
An Oops is encountered without this fix.

As we want gpio_chip .get() calls to be able to return negative
error codes and propagate to drivers, we need to go over all
drivers and make sure their return values are clamped to [0,1].
We do this by using the ret = !!(val) design pattern.
