183d281d26 iwlwifi: publish STBC support in HT
Not all chips support STBC so allow this to be
another config parameter per chip type. If STBC
is supported then publish it in the HT caps.

Since 7260/7265/3160 chips support it - set the stbc
support bit.

8fe02e167e cfg80211: consolidate passive-scan and no-ibss flags
These two flags are used for the same purpose, just
combine them into a no-ir flag to annotate no initiating
radiation is allowed.

Old userspace sending either flag will have it treated as
the no-ir flag. To be considerate to older userspace we
also send both the no-ir flag and the old no-ibss flags.
Newer userspace will have to be aware of older kernels.

Update all places in the tree using these flags with the
following semantic patch:

48e29340d5 iwlwifi: export symbols only conditionally
If all the pieces of iwlwifi are built into the kernel
then there's no need for it to export its symbols to
other modules, so prevent that.

f7546c76f7 iwlwifi: support DSSS/CCK mode in 40 MHz
All hardware after 4965 supports this. It's likely that
it wasn't set because for 4965 it was irrelevant (HT is
only supported on 5 GHz there) and then never updated.

410dc5aa59 iwlwifi: a few fixes in license

dual licensed - GPL / BSD.

b1e1adfa7d iwlwifi: add NVM and PHY DB code for new MVM driver
The new MVM (multi-virtual MAC) firmware driver
requires NVM (non-volatile memory) parsing code
and some PHY information database code. Add this
separately.

b7998c8b44 iwlwifi: Change define and struct names in iwl-eeprom-parse.h
Since we will have several forms of NVM (EEPROM, OTP, etc.)
and they will have different layouts, make the parsed data
more generic. This allows functional code to be independent
of a specific layout.

Also change some variables and function names from having
"eeprom" to "nvm" in their name.

d01031b23e iwlwifi: remove EEPROM version message by default
If the EEPROM reading was successful, don't print
a message by default, the EEPROM version isn't all
that interesting. Change the message to DEBUG_INFO
priority so it can still be obtained.

63d76dc0b9 iwlwifi: fix 11n_disable EEPROM refactoring regression
My commit 26a7ca9a71 ("iwlwifi: refactor EEPROM reading/parsing")
broke the 11n_disable module parameter's BIT(0) to disable all HT
operation (using the other bits to disable aggregation only was
unaffected). Restore this by overriding the SKU when parsing the
EEPROM if the module parameter is set.

26a7ca9a71 iwlwifi: refactor EEPROM reading/parsing
The EEPROM reading/parsing code is all mixed in
the driver today, and the EEPROM is parsed only
when we access data from it. This is problematic
because the NVM needs to be parsed and that is
independent of reading it. Also, the NVM format
for new devices will be different and probably
require a new parser.

Therefore refactor the reading and parsing and
create two independent components. Reading the
EEPROM requires direct hardware accesses and
therefore access to the transport, but parsing
is independent and can be done on an NVM blob.
