Pull media updates from Mauro Carvalho Chehab:
- videobuf2 was moved to a media/common dir, as it is now used by the
DVB subsystem too
- Digital TV core memory mapped support interface
- new sensor driver: ov7740
- several improvements at ddbridge driver
- new V4L2 driver: IPU3 CIO2 CSI-2 receiver unit, found on some Intel
SoCs
- new tuner driver: tda18250
- finally got rid of all LIRC staging drivers
- as we don't have old lirc drivers anymore, restruct the lirc device
code
- add support for UVC metadata
- add a new staging driver for NVIDIA Tegra Video Decoder Engine
- DVB kAPI headers moved to include/media
- synchronize the kAPI and uAPI for the DVB subsystem, removing the gap
for non-legacy APIs
- reduce the kAPI gap for V4L2
- lots of other driver enhancements, cleanups, etc.

The padconf register WAKEUP_EN is now handled in a generic way using
Linux wakeirqs where pinctrl-single toggles the WAKEUP_EN bit when
a wakeirq is enabled or disabled.
At least omap5 gets confused if the WAKEUP_EN bit is set and the pin
is not claimed as a wakeirq. The end result is that wakeirqs don't
work properly as there is nothing handling the wakeirq.
So let's just remove the WAKEUP_EN usage from dts files.

detect smc91x ethernet hardware in qemu N900 machine.
The 0x300 offset was used to supress a warning the smsc911x
driver produces about non-standard offset as 0x300 seems to
be the EEPROM default. As only three address lines are
connected both 0 and 0x300 will work just fine with 0 being
correct. The warning about the non-standard offset can be
fixed by writing to EEPROM as that's needed in any case to
set the MAC address.

Revert "ARM: dts: Disable smc91x on n900 until bootloader
dependency is removed". We've now fixed the issues that
caused problems with uninitialized hardware depending on
the bootloader version. Mostly things got fixed with
the following commits:
9a894953a9 ("ARM: dts: Fix bootloader version dependencies by muxing n900 smc91x pins")
7d2911c438 ("net: smc91x: Fix gpios for device tree based booting")
Note that this only affects the early development boards
with Ethernet that we still have in a few automated boot
test systems. And it's also available supposedly in some
versions of qemu.

With legacy booting, the platform init code was taking care of
the configuring of GPIOs. With device tree based booting, things
may or may not work depending what bootloader has configured or
if the legacy platform code gets called.
Let's add support for the pwrdn and reset GPIOs to the smc91x
driver to fix the issues of smc91x not working properly when
booted in device tree mode.
And let's change n900 to use these settings as some versions
of the bootloader do not configure things properly causing
errors.

The GPMC binding is obviously very confusing as the values
are all over the place. People seem to confuse the GPMC partition
size for the chip select, and the device IO size within the GPMC
partition easily.
The ranges entry contains the GPMC partition size. And the
reg entry contains the size of the IO registers of the
device connected to the GPMC.
Let's fix the issue according to the following table:
Device GPMC partition size Device IO size
connected in the ranges entry in the reg entry
NAND 0x01000000 (16MB) 4
